Our commitment is to provide the highest quality in all our work and the utmost in customer service.As an example of our advanced processing capabilities, the conveyorized powder coating line, manufactured by Millbank systems inc. is a system capable of handling 7500lb./hr. with a maximum product length of 12 feet. And with a product opening of 48in.x48in. this line can accommodate more than just the industry standard. RAPID FINISHING'S newest addition, completed in the fall of 1999, is a system that features over 400 feet of conveyor, and a three stage wash housing over 300 high pressure nozzles with automatic chemical feed to ensure proper pre-treatment of raw material.
