Rapid Finishing maintains a large onsite inventory of powders and wet paint. We also have a deep supply chain affording our customers fast turnaround and unlimited standard and custom colors and textures. Our suppliers include Sherwin Williams, Tiger Drylac, ChemPoint and Eastern Chem-lac.
Our state of the art powder coating line is capable of handling 7,500 lbs. per hour. The conveyor line can comfortably handle product lengths of 12 feet, and width and height dimensions of up to 4 ft. x 4 ft. This specialized conveyor system meets many industry needs while benefiting the customer with greater savings.
Our 12'X8'X8' batch oven can also handle large paint and powder coat jobs with ease.
We also maintain 3 paint booths for all your wet paint needs. Our paint department is equipped to handle high volume, prototype, oversized and overweight jobs with ease.
